Baby Carrier: Mom and Baby Bonding Up Close

My cousin is a young mother and just had a baby 4 months ago. She was looking for a comfortable baby carrier and mei tai carrier is just her style. She wanted to make her baby close to her all the time even when they go for a grocery or attend a church gathering. Baby carrier that provides good support is great and that the baby will be relax and comfortable.

She is a young mom so; she wanted something nice and in style so it will also make her look alright. I have seen moms who use wraps because they wanted the baby close to them. According to my cousin, she loves to cuddle and snuggle the baby which is a normal reaction of mothers. A baby carrier is a good support to use because it is adjustable and provides a secure fit for the baby.

Would you like to check out this mom's mei tai review? Click the link for more information about baby carriers. There are many styles to choose from and you should check out which one is good for you. Babies are heavy if you carry them for longer period so; you need a baby carrier to distribute the weight of your baby. Visit the links to know which one fits better for you.

Dorothy Law Nolte

It is summer and to cool down, most of us love to go swimming on the beach or in our pool. If you plan to have swimming, make sure you watch your children. They are vulnerable to drowning. Just today's news, another incident where a lil child drowned in their pool. Summer is fun if we are careful. It was really sad! I hope parents are careful!
Anyway, here is an inspiring poem that I would like to share to all of you by Dorothy Law Nolte. We should not forget that children are so precious. We should love them and we should make sure that they are safe and loved. Pictures below were taken at Museo Pambata, Philippines.

If a child lives with criticism,
he learns to condemn.

If a child lives with hostility,
he learns to fight.

If a child lives with fear,
he learns to be apprehensive.

If a child lives with pity,
he learns to feel sorry for himself.

If a child lives with ridicule,
he learns to be shy.

If a child lives with jealousy,
he learns what envy is.

If a child lives with shame,
he learns to feel guilty.
If a child lives with encouragement,
he learns to be confident.

If a child lives with tolerance,
he learns to be patient. If a child lives with praise,
he learns to be appreciative.

If a child lives with acceptance,
he learns to love.

If a child lives with approval,
he learns to like himself.

If a child lives with recognition,
he learns that it is good to have a goal.

If a child lives with sharing,
he learns about generosity. If a child lives with honesty and fairness,
he learns what truth and justice are.

If a child lives with security,
he learns to have faith in himself and in those about him.

If a child lives with friendliness,
he learns that the world is a nice place in which to live.

If you live with serenity,
your child will live with peace of mind.

Love your children and do not take them for granted.

Cute Baby Blanket

I was browsing online and saw the pink Cute Baby Blanket and Cashmere Baby hat. Oh my my, I wish I already have a baby by now! Since I did promise a friend to send her something for her baby shower, I was able to buy stuffs in a baby store online few days ago. I was so thrilled viewing the nursery items, so colorful and cute. I think women has an inner instinct to design on How to make a nursery cozy as part of the preparation on her pregnancy too.I babysat a friend's daughter few months ago and saw the design of the little girls bedroom. It was full of fairies and butterflies and it feels cozy like a little garden. The father knows how to paint and a real good artist as his skills did all the artistry work of the child's room.

It looks like a princess room and the little girl loves it. Oh well, enough for my daydreaming already. Any products that's related to children from head to toe, beds and bedding's, playhouse and toys are all cute and interesting to buy for children. I am still shopping in the children's department for my nephews and niece and I enjoyed it a lot!

Kids Love to Play

I sent a package to my sister in UK and most of it were for my niece. Of course, mommy would love to receive clothes for the kid right? But, children have their own choices. My sister and I were laughing when the little girl got this toy and play with it. She ignored the pants.
She had the blast of wearing the beads right away and keep it for the rest of the day. See?

We Love to Sing-along

According to the history of my family, lol... I have an uncle who is a musician. I love singing very much and my first exposure was when I joined in a church choir. I missed those moment really. I was in high school when I stopped because I have a hectic schedule at school. I love singing during masses every Sunday and when I am at home, I play my guitar. No formal classes. When I was in the University, I was a Glee Club member up to my post graduate course.
When we have family gatherings, everyone will sing-along and we take turns of the microphone. Now, we have a new generation ... ages from two to elementary, they took over the scene. They will sing before they can read, FUNNY RIGHT?
This is the youngest of my nieces. She can sing "twinkle, twinkle lil star...." ohhh, looks like she got my talent...waaaa! LOL.

Childhood Sports Activities

I just can not forget my childhood activities such as biking, skating and riding in my brother's scooter. Those were really fun memories with all the sweat from playing and having the endurance of pain upon miscalculations. Minor bruises were not at all painful with these hobbies. I never had the chance to play the longboard skateboards because I am scared to fall and hurt so badly. My brother and cousins will not say no to this kind of sports. Boys love to play this and would even try new tricks to jump higher than the others. I can only watch them play and applaud if they are showing excellent moves. Sometimes, I would just cover my eyes if someone would fall to the pavement and hurt their ankle. There were accidents but, it was just minors as far as I remembered. If you are looking for skateboards, click the link provided here. You can find skateboards for boys as well as for girls. If your teenager wanted a skateboard, buy it here. Just visit the Website today and make sure you will also buy a head gear and knee pad for protection. It is better to be safe than be sorry after untoward accidents happen.

Child Actors

There is no doubt that there is big money in the entertainment business. Young talents auditioned for singing and dance competitions hoping to go to the finals. Children even have a beauty competition which parents involved as a stage mother. These children and their parents are hopefuls vying for the limelight. Well, some got lucky and others are broken hearted. The children acting in films are in demand that is why parents are pushing their talented child. Sometimes, if there is Kid Photo Contest, parents are proud to submit the pictures of their child too.

There are child actors started from modeling and get discovered in film industry. Such big breaks right? Parents have been dreaming for their child to get into the film industry business. Children who started their careers will have to choose a Home School Curriculum to continue their education. This is one disadvantage for child actors. A regular school will never fit in their schedules. This educational set up is good for children who are working as actors. If you click the links provided here, you will learn all the rules and laws regarding children actors. If you need information about education and casting of child actors, click the Website now.

Kids Thought I Am A Playmate

Here are the kids who enjoyed my company. They thought I am a playmate, LOL. First of all, I love cartoon movies so, you bet I can watch TV with them for many hours. When their mommy had to work and had a problem with their daycare, she needs somebody to watch for them. I volunteered to bring them over to our place. Both of them were so EXCITED hahaha. This cute little girl is very sweet. She loves Miley Cyrus and gosh, she inroduced me to her world of TV Viewing. I find it very interesting and child friendly.
The eldest is very enthusiastic to learn so, she brought books and I helped her do her assignments. That was FUN huh! When their mommy picked them up, they requested to stay there again the next day. The mommy laugh at loud because she never met someone that these kids adored. She said, "My gosh girl, my daughters adored you so much." Grinning!
