My brother has an electric guitar when h was in college and I do not know where it is now. He loves playing with it. I bet it is nicer to play the electric guitar than the ordinary one.

Exciting Activities

I am so excited to tell y'all that I gathered new pictures to post in this blog. Now is the best time to share it all to you because I am recuperating from my major surgery I had last Wednesday. I might visit Orlando too in few weeks time before I go back to work.  I hope I can do that. Sharing you a couple of pictures I had 5 years ago. Time flies so fast huh?

Anyway, blogging and getting well is my aim this week. Of course, online shopping too and I will be checking mackie onyx at Musician Friends.

What can I do but do these activities. I need something to keep me out of boredom, right? I promise, I will update my blog after this post. Check it out okay?

I Am Into #Music

It's been awhile since I listen t the kind of music that I want to hear. I literally love to wander my mind into love songs and inspirational music so; I decided to buy a new gadget. Downloaded the songs and for days now, I took time to listen to the music. You see, I rarely have free time at all but when I do, I indulge into listening to music. It's good to free my mind from all the worries. Are you into music as well? If you do, shop musicians friend and find the instrument that you want to play.

Music Craze

I am a hopeless romantic. My heart aches when I hear sad songs and easily inspired with music that has soul and speaks about undying love. As early as my elementary years, I love to listen to music, sing-along with it and I play the guitar too. I have collections of songbook. I'd rather starve than missed buying an issue of a song magazine. Oh my goodness, that was really terrible as I look back now but, it was my happiness and obsession. It lasted for 6 years I think. I still have those song magazines and can vividly remember the cover and the dates LOL. At that time, On Sale is not a common thing. Oh boy, I spent good amount for my music craze. Wheww!

XU Glee Club Batch 90's

The best days of my life as a student was when I joined Xavier University College Glee Club. Our conductor/trainor/musical director/mentor was the late Professor Lino Y. Abrio. I was accepted and become a member since 1989 up to 1995.

When I auditioned and was accepted, it made my life exciting and fun. I love to sing and being in the choir. Music is an inspiration and as a Glee Club member, singing gave me the power to dream. These pictures was taken when we went to Ateneo de Davao University to do a concert. I can't remember how many days we were in Davao but, all I remebered was the happy moments. We have fun as we chartered two buses to Davao.
I am proud to say that all of us in these pictures graduated a Bachelors Degree and landed a stable job.
Thanks to LongLong and Father Cuna for their precious time and financial support to XU College Glee Club.

I missed the song, the music, the faces, the friendship, the laughters and the performance.

My Maestro Guitar by Gibson

My husband gave me a birthday present which I truly love. He gave me a full size black colored acoustic guitar, a maestro made by Gibson. Music is my passion and strumming guitar is a forgotten hobby that I missed when I left the Philippines. I played guitar since my elementary years and I learned to read notes by practice.

Music became part of my life especially when I was in fifth grades. After school, I was always excited to go home and play my cousin's guitar. I had this crazy moment when I do not spend my snack allowance and saved it to buy a song magazine (wink). And everything will be alright as long as I can strum my guitar and sing my sad songs. When I was in high school, I joined a choral group and church choir and after the practice, we always take turns to strum our favorite music. It was fun! For me, the sound of music is soothing and I can be in a fantasy land where all I can feel is peace of mind and satisfaction!

MP3 Music

One of the activities that I love to do during my day off is listening to the music. This is the only pleasure that speaks to my soul and inspires me to have a positive outlook for life. I listen to a particular type of music that are rich in melody and the lyrics are in good substance. If I do not use my iPod, I use my computer and start browsing my music files. I am the kind of person who sing-along to my music too. During my lunch break at work, I use my cell phone because it is so handy. My cell phone is Wi-Fi enabled so; I can have access to Music Search. I can listen to all my favorite music and favorite singers. For me, if there's music, life is colorful and boring world does not exist in my vocabulary. Sometimes, I use the title of the song or the name of the artist in searching of my favorite MP3 music online. As long as you know the name of the artist and the title of the song, there is always a way to find it. How about you? How do you locate your favorite MP3 music using the internet?
