Home Search Update

Hello everyone! Up to this point, we are still in the waiting game. The offers we gave to the three properties we chose was not returned. We are hoping to hear a positive result this week. House hunting is too hard especially when you have a schedule to catch up. Anyway, I will let you know if we found one this week. Oh, the properties are all condos. We are so unlucky for houses as of this time.

Windows Replacement

We were looking for some houses today. We had two weeks of house hunting. We saw few of the properties that we like though some needs services coming from windows replacement San Antonio. It is truly hard to find the house that has it all such as double garage, three bathrooms, updated kitchen, wood flooring, and many more. In fact, three houses which has potential has outdated window. It seems that they were in the 70's and 80's. It really needs a new window that is safe and durable. We all need windows that are easy to clean also and do not accumulate dirt. I remember that the window in my aunt's place is not safe because we always get a cut when we clean it. Have you seen that window style which you can pull it from the incasing? That is what I would like to have because it is truly easy to clean. Anyway, I want a sliding window style too. Camping Sites

My sister who lives in UK loves camping a lot. In fact, they have this huge tent where it can accommodate a big kitchen, two bedrooms and has a space for the van too. They usually travel 6 hours or more to reach a camping site. I saw her pictures on FB doing so many activities such as canoeing, boating by the lake and visiting some castles. In UK, there is a holiday company that offers camping, holiday parks, and caravan parks for affordable family holidays. I do not know if my sister's family takes caravan camping sites but for sure, they love camping. Most of the time, it is only the three of them who goes to camping. When friends visit them, they usually plan to go camping and realize it the next month or two. I am just sharing this because; I never have a camping holiday for so long. It would be fun and probably a new experience for me especially if we do camping with family and close friends.

Home Search in Florida

I can't even find the words how to tell you guys that I am so disappointed to see some houses which are NICE and in good condition but, located in a not so nice community. We are in Florida for almost two weeks now and searching for a house to purchase. All we can consider right now is a condo. There were beautiful houses at the right price but, the location was totally not our preference. I was just disgusted how few of the homeowners did not care their property so well. It did depreciate the value of the property in that area. Well, we decided to find a condo as of now and find our dream house next. We went to Satellite , Cocoa and Fort Canaveral, all in Florida Coast yesterday and those places are GORGEOUS!

Home Search

For three days now, we were looking for houses in Florida. We end up liking some property condos in the good neighborhood of Metrowest area. We also look some properties in the outskirts of Orlando. Anyway, whichever offer will be accepted first, we are good to go. If we live in Metrowest then, I can find work in Universal Studios or Disney World. If in the outskirt area, I probably end up building my daycare business. I am open for every possibility right now. I keep my finger crossed! Both areas are in good location and excellent neighborhood. We are actually looking for a house, double garage, three bedrooms, two baths, more than a thousand square feet, ready to move in and with a pool. Well, so far, we have to sacrifice one or two wishlist that we have. We are still hoping to find our place tomorrow. We did give our offer today though.

I can't believe my wedding has come and gone! Because my family is so big, we decided to do a destination wedding inviting only immediate family and a few close friends. We would then plan a big casual pig roast reception back in my hometown where my parents and most of my family still live.

My Favorite Cars

Who doesn't love cars? When I was in high school, I started collecting miniature cars. Since that time, I began to dream of one day driving these elegant innovations of automobile. Well right now, I own a fuel efficient van and can accommodate six passengers. It maybe what I can afford as of this time but, the following cars will always be my favorite. I have been wanting to own an infiniti g37 which is a mid-size sport sedan powered by high output V-6 engines. I specifically like the color of the picture shown above but, loves the new convertible version of the G37. It is very elegant and the size is enough to tag along my family for a cozy ride at the Gulf Coast. The elegant design of saab 9-5 is like a trophy that I can show on the pedestal. The exterior design is truly an art. I can drive this car and enjoy the total entertainment from it's audio system device. The second generation is an awesome car. A car that has a built in GPS is an awesome feature that I can't resist. Well, the lexus and the chevy cobalt are the other two cars that I like.
