The Streets of French Quarter

Have you heard about the famous place in Louisiana called French Quarter? The pictures below were taken at French Quarter area! The first photo is located at the front of the Catholic Church. There's benches and people just sat there to unwind. Some are tourists but, most of the people who sit here are locals who do their living as card and palm readers. These buildings are as old as the neighborhood itself. French Quarter is the oldest neighborhood in New Orleans, dated back in 1718.
This is a fun place and very crowded during Mardi Gras Season. If you love huge crowd, visit this place when they have Mardi Gras Parade and you will truly amazed. Time for Vacation

My brother-in-law and his family lives in Missouri and I really wanted to visit their place. They bought an ancestral house built in 1858 and it is located in a historic district. This is the beautiful back view from Blue Horizon Hotel in Orlando Florida where my friend and her family stayed for a week. If you don't care about the traffic to get in and out of this area and you love this view, you might love this hotel.Their daughter is out of school so, they decided to visit Disney again. They had a blast! Their room has this spectacular view of serenity, far too ironic when you see the front view of the hotel. The traffic is insanely unbearable. Look at the huge pool below. After the scorching day at Disney, this is such an inviting place to come "home" and enjoy a splashing moment to cool down, right?
