It was almost 5 AM and I was still awake. I was watching the local news following the weather report on Fox. A tornado warning was issued in some areas up north of Florida. The weather here now is alright compared last week. Rain was on and off. Thunder and lightning were not that bad but still, I don't like storms especially when we are on the road.
It is not hurricane season yet, Storm Beryl has made it's landfall along Jacksonville Florida tagging a 70mph winds.
We felt the intensity of the storm here in our area. The thunder is scary and we only have rain. The wind is not that bad. I hope Beryl will weaken soon. Jacksonville suffered flooding and some of them have no electricity. Some power lines were knocked down by trees.
Today, we will be going to Orlando and I hope there will be no rain.
I don't like to see a miserable sky like this. I hope this storm will go away and vanish into thin air.
